We have the highest standards for this wine. 100% Godello with 80 year old vines and eight months in barrels and concrete eggs. It comes to market when a complex combination of natural and environmental factors results in a harvest with the best grapes from the best vineyard for its production. The result is a very mature wine due to its contact with the oak, capable of transmitting Godello’s potential, both in the mouth and in the nose.

Strict and meticulous selection of the grapes in the vineyard. Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Thermal treatment of the grapes during the process at 5ºC. Manual sorting table. Gentle de-stemming and pressing with an inert atmosphere. Static racking of the must during 24 hours and fermentation in 30 hl stainless steel tanks at 15ºC.
Ageing in concrete eggs and new 500 l. French oak barrels for eight months on its fine lees applying the bâttonage technique.
