Godelia Cuvée is the winery’s first sparkling wine, made using the traditional method, in which the bubble is obtained from a second fermentation in the bottle. The grapes come from vineyards that have been harvested by hand. It has been aged for 22 months with bottle stored horizontally and then disgorged, obtaining an elegant sparkling wine with very fine bubbles, which gives it the category of Brut Reserva.

Strict and meticulous selection of the grapes in the vineyard. Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Thermal treatment of the grapes during the process at 5ºC. Manual sorting table. Gentle de-stemming and pressing with an inert atmosphere. Static racking of the must during 24 hours and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15 ºC.

Straw yellow colour. The nose is fresh and complex with subtle notes of white flowers and citrus, wrapped in the aromas of pastries and nuts from contact with the lees. In the mouth it presents a fine and delicate bubble, fruity and refreshing character, with balanced acidity and a persistent finish.
Consume at 6-8°C. It pairs exceptionally well with oysters.
