In Spain we celebrate Mother’s Day on the first Sunday in May although we all know that they really deserve to have 365 days of the year dedicated to them (366 if it happens to be a leap year, of course).
Appealing to the oft yet well used Spanish saying that ‘You only have one mother’, we are going to dedicate five of our wines to five styles of mother. Because you may only have one, but there are many kinds of mother. So, sons and daughters of the world, read on because this may be of interest to you:
-For the effervescent mother:
The ones who constantly celebrate life, who live every day as if it were their last, and wouldn’t miss a party if their life depended on it. They are cheerful, outgoing, and always follow the latest fashion. To toast and have fun with them we chose Viernes.
-For those that are different:
